Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages ranging from $30.42 - 32.44 / hour.
Shift differentials of $1.00 evenings and $1.50 nights
The **Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)** performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care and Skilled Nursing Facility regulations and follows established policies and procedures for our Transitional and Long Term care Center in Lake City, MN
Nursing schedule includes;
32 Hours every two weeks
Day shift; 8 hour shift
Every other weekend and holiday rotation
Partial Benefit Eligible; (paid personal time, DHS College education scholarships, retirement monies)

Lake City Care Center Careers () ()
Provides professional nursing cares and treatments
Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff
Maintains current observation and documentation of resident health status
**Required:**
MN LPN licensure
AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent practice
0-1 years of experience
Ability to use technology in the form of computers, hand held devices, cell phones, and fax machines
**Preferred:**
Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree
1-3 years of experience
MS Office, Excel, and Word
Point Click Care knowledge
