BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join the NJ Ocean County Hospice team.
We provide exceptional end-of-life care to patients in their homes, allowing them to spend their final days with dignity and comfort. You'll build trusting relationships with patients and their families, providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support during this difficult time.

Clinical support whenever you need it around the clock
**Our nurses deliver exceptional care across the continuum.**
Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plan, including administration of medication, wound care and treatments
Perform client assessments, provide education to the patient and/or their family, and monitor patients' condition.
Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
Case management and coordination
**Responsibilities for a BAYADA Hospice RN includes:**
Conduct comprehensive pain and symptom assessments.
Administer medication to manage pain and other symptoms.
Offer emotional and spiritual support to patients and families.
Educate patients and families about end-of-life care options.

**Qualifications for a BAYADA nurse:**
A current nursing license in good standing in the state
Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
Strong commitment to compassionate end-of-life care.
