We ALL work as a TEAM to meet the needs of our clients. We primarily care for residents within Assisted/Independent Living Facilities.

We are seeking passionate nursing professional preferably with Private Duty and/or management experience.  This individual will be dedicated to managing the highest quality in-home care giver shift program.

As the Director of Nursing, you will provide direct care to members and their families establishing the plan of care to encourage a multidisciplinary approach to care. It is the role of the Director of Nursing to train, maintain caregiver competency, oversee our case managers, and ensure compliance with all Medicare guidelines in relation to Private duty care.

Qualifications: 

• FL State RN License
• CPR Certificate
• A Physical Exam Form Completed by Doctor (Within 90 days)
• Quantiferon or 2 Step PPDs results (If positive, please provide Chest X-ray results)
• Authorized to work in the USA /2 forms of IDs
• 2 Professional References
• Updated Resume
