**Job Title: Full-Time Server - Senior Living**

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Server to join our team in a vibrant senior living community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents, ensuring their comfort, satisfaction, and enjoyment during meal times. You will work closely with our culinary and care teams to create an inviting atmosphere that enhances the overall quality of life for our residents.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver outstanding food service to residents and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming dining experience.
- Set up and clean dining areas, including tables, utensils, and serving equipment, prior to and after meal service.
- Present menu options to residents, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Take resident meal orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that meals are prepared according to resident preferences and dietary needs.
- Assist residents during meals, providing support as needed to ensure they can enjoy their dining experience comfortably.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining spaces, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Create and foster positive relationships with residents, serving as a friendly, attentive, and responsive presence during mealtimes.
- Participate in regular training and team meetings to enhance service delivery and follow best practices in senior care.
- Address resident concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality, particularly in a senior living or healthcare environment, is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to serve and support seniors.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Must be able to lift and carry objects up to [insert weight, e.g., 30 pounds] and stand for extended periods.
