Job Details:DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for Quality Assurance capabilities including sizings, providing solution execution for test results, developing and write test plans and scripts for tracking defects and fixes in product development, software application development, information systems, and operations systems; create methodologies and processes for the collection and analysis of data for ensuring software, systems, and product quality through functionality and non-functional requirements such as reliability, failover, capacity planning, performance, and load; create and communicate test plans and scripts that will determine optimal application performance according to specifications that established metrics to determine the readiness, quality, and operability of software, systems, and products due for release to clients and/or within the enterprise; evaluate, improve, and implement processes across teams or functional area to advance Quality Assurance; manage annual capital and expense budget and monthly reporting; manage vendor relationships by influencing and negotiating work arrangements that maintain cost/performance balance.
Qualifications:Qualifications & Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8 years of direct experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of quality assurance standards for software testing.
- 5 years of direct experience managing quality assurance major application integration and/or major application product release.
- 4 years of direct experience managing all aspects of a Quality Assurance team.
- 4 years of working with and managing offshore resources.
- 3 years of mobile testing experience leveraging latest open-source mobile test automation frameworks.
- Extensive experience in managing Quality, Performance, and site reliability Engineering team.
- Experience in leading groups of more than 20 or more people, with at least 8 direct reports.
- May work remotely 100% from a home office location anywhere in the U.S. Travel to Goodlettsville, Tennessee is not required.
