- A hospital in California is looking for an experienced CT/X-Ray Tech for a travel assignment. The right candidate will have 2+ years of experience.
- Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a CT/X-Ray Tech.
- Hold an active BLS, ARRT-CT, ARRT-R, fluoro, and CA license.
- Schedule Information
- Evenings are the busiest.
- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: ER patients, Virtual Colonography, gated procedures in case they are asked. Otherwise general CT Experience.
- Eves, 8 hr shifts, Every Other Weekend, First to Float.
- Unit Specific Information
- Siemens Sensation 64 & GE 16 Light Speed CT scanners are used.

- Additional Details
- BLS, Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT) Verification, Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R) Verification, Fluoroscopy.
- 10-20 scans depending on the shift.
- The candidate will be working into the rotation for holidays.
- Scrub Color: Teal
- The hospital system uses Cerner & McKesson PACS EMR systems.
- Radiologist is not available 24/7. Use Nighthawk for the night shift.
- Floating may be required to Radiology.
- Floor specific orientation lasts for 3-4 shifts.
