That's Nice, But What's the Job?

 In short, as a Employee Experience Operations Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Employee Experience team by supporting employees and new hires by managing key HR processes such as background checks, I‑9 verification, and responding to HR inquiries. 

In long, our Employee Experience Operations Coordinator is responsible for 

  • Facilitating the pre-boarding process to ensure all new hires have a seamless transition into the company. 

  • Managing I‑9 and E‑Verify compliance, including completion, reverification, and maintaining accurate records in accordance with federal requirements. 

  • Coordinating the background check process for new hires through proactive communication via email and phone, ensuring all checks meet company guidelines. 

  • Providing guidance and support to employees on HR processes, policies and procedures and questions using platforms such as Vivianto and Workday. 

  • Delivering exceptional customer service by offering prompt, accurate follow-up and resolving employee inquiries in a timely manner. 

  • Foster teamwork by partnering with peers within the organization to improve processes and deliver a consistent employee experience. 

  • Performing additional duties as assigned to support the HR team and organizational needs. 

 

So What Kind of Folks Are We Looking for?  

  • Organization and time management skills in spades.  You'll be handling multiple projects and deadlines that will require you to prioritize then re-prioritize… then… re-prioritize again. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to talk and write with confidence, charisma and competence for a wide variety of audiences including management. 

  • A mind for the details.  Okay we know “detail-oriented” is on about every job description – but we really mean it!  

  • Agile in a fast-past environment. We move, and we move quickly.  Thriving in an environment that never stops, is a must. 

  • Plays well with others.  You will be working in a high-functioning team environment.  We work together in order to win together. 

 

The Specifics. 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field 

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in area(s) such in: Human Resources, Employee Relations, Onboarding, Training, or Leadership/Coaching 

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Access, Word, etc.). 

  • Experience working in Human Resources systems like Workday and/or E-Verify preferred
