Description
The Workday Program Manager will act as a leader for the Workday support team. They will champion resourcing, management, and communications to leadership for Workday-related initiatives. They coordinate LOE estimates and impact assessments for enhancements and optimizations. They foster and coordinate cross-functional conversations. They should be familiar with the organizational data and privacy policies.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of advanced Workday Reporting experience required.
- Knowledge of Prism and/or Adaptive, strongly preferred.
- Understands concepts of an object-oriented data model.
- Strong knowledge of domain areas supported including related data.
- High proficiency in formulas, expressions, and the ability to translate requests into requirements and present data insights in a meaningful way.
- Strong negotiation and consensus building skills with ability to manage multiple complex projects while motivating and developing a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and leadership.
- Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Essential Job Functions
- Review and evaluate progress on Workday initiatives.
- Organize and manage Change Control activities.
- Monitors the application of governance policies and procedures and enforces adherence.
- Provides status reports on initiatives and activities.
- Monitors resource alignment with initiatives and activities.
- Manages and coordinates vendor relationships where needed.
- Works with Audits and Legal.
- Builds strong relationships with organizational leaders and maintains an overall knowledge of the organizational functions within HR and Finance.
Other Job Functions
- Attend staff meetings or other company sponsored or mandated meetings as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Ability to work off-hours and on call when required.
