Job Summary:
The Magnet Program Director is responsible for the planning, organization, administration, evaluation and coordination of activities related to the ongoing achievement of ANCC Magnet designation and other programs/projects supporting professional nursing practice, development/participation for Magnet status and special projects within the organization.

Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.
- Minimum of 5 years' Nursing experience in leadership role.
- Proficiency with extensive computer applications required.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Demonstrates innovation and creativity in approach
- Strong project management skills
- Experience working in a Magnet organization.
- Experience as a Magnet Program Coordinator preferred.
- Experience in professional practice structures and processes: care delivery systems, evidence based practice, research, and quality monitoring and improvement.
Education Requirements:
- Graduate of accredited nursing program.
- Licensed as a RN nursing professional in the state of New Jersey.
- MSN required, DNP or PhD in nursing preferred. (Current certification required or to be attained within one-year period from from date of hire, transfer or promotion. Certification must be maintained while employed in this position.)
Englewood Health provides a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.
Salary range:$115k-$140k
