Job Summary:
Supervises the work of employees in specifically assigned tasks and in part performs functions to ensure timely, adequate supply of patient materials and equipment for all areas of the Medical Center. Discusses with the Director, personnel matters related to employees assigned, as requested. In addition, educates employees regarding new instrumentation /equipment. Holds staff education meetings. Plan, direct and coordinate the operations of Supply Processing and Distribution department. Manage staff for optimum performance.

Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.

  • Requires 3-5 years experience as a Technician in Supply Processing Department, preferably 2 year experience spent in supervisory position.


Education Requirements:

  • Associates Degree or Equivalent Experience


License/Certification/Registry:

  • Certified Central Service Technician .

Englewood Health provides a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.
