Position Description

ENSCO is seeking an Operations Integrator, in this role you will conduct planning and provide technical advice on sensitive intelligence activities and specialized tasks. You will integrate Intelligence and Operations planning at the Combatant Command or JSOTF level, and support the development of emerging technology in support of CCMD missions. 
 
 You will need an understanding of Requirements approval processes, such as JCIDS, JUONS/JEONS, and Integrated Priority Lists; as well as DoD funding mechanisms including the PPBE process, White Papers, PDMs, and Unfunded Requirements Lists.  You will need to understand the technology insertion points and processes by which new technology is integrated into operations, including technology demonstrations, exercises.

You will serve as the technical bridge between analysts, operators, and engineers, ensuring optimal functionality of deployed capabilities.   You will need an understanding both the new challenges presented by emerging threats and the new opportunities presented by emerging technologies, such as cloud, AI/ML, and Big Data processing.  The intent is to rapidly develop and implement new technologies in a Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery/Continuous Approval DEVSECOPS pipeline to transform DoD Intelligence processing to enable rapid integration and dissemination of intelligence data to the point of need at the speed and volume required.

You will provide support to CCMDs and organizations across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise, integrating and sustaining advanced ISR, PED, and analytical platforms from the IC to  the tactical edge. You will capture and communicate user feedback to influence future system improvements and capability enhancements.

Qualifications Required

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent
•7 years operations and planning experience
•Experience planning and supporting operations at a Combatant Command, Joint Task Force, Service Component, Theater Special Operations Command, The Joint Special Operations Command, a CJSOTF, a Regional Task Force (RTF) or other equivalent joint/interagency formation.
•Experience and in-depth knowledge of the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), to include mission analysis, Course of Action (COA) development and Concepts of Operations (CONOP) approval briefings, targeting methodologies, CONOP documents and FRAGOs.
•Ability to rapidly learn technical aspects of national policy and operations assuming expertise in other areas such as authorities associated with CONPLANs, OPLANS, and EXORDS.
•Experience working in Cross Functional Teams, Operational Planning Teams, and other groups that aim to bring disparate capabilities together to achieve military effects.
•You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
•Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft office tools to include SharePoint and OneNote.
• Ability to provide daily feedback to the team lead and supported unit on product development.
•Active TS/SCI clearance
 

Qualifications Desired:
• A practical understanding of the National Defense Strategy, National Intelligence Strategy, and how they align with EXORDS, CONPLANS, and OPLANS.
• 3+ years of experience providing operational support to one or more Combatant Commands or Special Operations Forces (SOF) commands.
• Working knowledge of Combatant Command, Interagency, and the DOD enterprise.
• Prior experience with Intelligence systems, targeting workflows, or distributed data platforms highly preferred.

Salary Range $108,825.60—$160,000 USD
