The EAM Operations Specialist will support and ensure successful field execution of Enterprise's maintenance management program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- First Line EAM Support: Serve as technical resource to field and corporate customers.
- Preventative Maintenance: Manage, enforce consistency and correctness, and approve requests for new preventative maintenance activities and collection plans.
- Liaison Role: Serve as a bridge between Maintenance, Operations, eBusiness Systems IT, and other stakeholder groups.
- Maintenance Management Process Improvement: Propose, evaluate, execute, and document future revisions and improvements to existing EAM processes and procedures.
- Data Management: Collaborate with field and corporate customers to manage data structures and content related to EAM assets, attributes, and hierarchical structures.
- Data Analysis: Query and correlate asset data and attributes from various sources and platforms. Develop and implement new data reporting tools to drive business decisions regarding asset maintenance management.
Requirements
The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in preventative maintenance is required.
- Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System is essential for this role.
- Prior experience as a maintenance planner is crucial, as it ensures familiarity with planning and scheduling maintenance activities.
- Intermediate Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is necessary for documentation and data analysis tasks.
- Responsibility and Flexibility: The ability to handle multiple tasks under potentially stressful conditions is important for maintaining productivity and efficiency.
- Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with various stakeholders.
- Adaptable Communication Style: The ability to modify communication style to influence and engage different audiences.
