Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Analyst, Client Technologies located in Prai, Penang.
What a typical day looks like:
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments and well verse on mobile phone operating system such as IOS and Android.
Knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers, scanners and etc.
Knowledge of windows security patching and anti-virus programs.
Excellent windows OS problem-solving and multitasking skills.
To support daily technical support activities for desktop, laptop , network management and mobile phones.
Manage the IT hardware inventory with focus on driving the overall budget.
Ensure product is complete and attain customer's requirements along with functions properly.
Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
Additionally, the role configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Typically requires a minimum of 2-3 years of related experience.
