To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Business Systems Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the IT Project Manager, the Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for exploring, planning, conducting and overseeing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated and standardized leading-edge solutions and system implementations to overcome organizational challenges.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Provide prompt and effective 3rd level support, ensuring problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve L2/L3 incidents within SLA
  • Open and assign support tasks in the development task tracking tool Flexpm
  • Analyze integration file information to identify import and export extract issues and implement appropriate corrective actions
  • Perform daily time clock reporting and monitoring
  • Identify, analyze and implement corrective actions for time clock terminals
  • Analyze Time and Attendance performance reports and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Analyze support incidents and identify improvement areas
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Perform SOX audits of Kronos administration accounts
  • Write and run ad-hoc SQL query reports and analyze results
  • Modify notification lists; troubleshoot report/extract issues and data integrity issues.
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and application errors that end users may receive. Run ad-hoc reports for sites and contractor agencies upon request
  • New Sites Deployments: Work closely with the functional team and site to determine requirements and key data elements for employee loading and configuration
  • Process Improvements: Continually look for process improvements as the application grows in size to improve performance and support.
  • Provide support to Timekeepers and HR on Kronos WFC, Workday Time Tracking and Oloid face recognition systems, general navigation and basic configuration, such as:
  • Kronos/Workday TT
  • New business rules interpretation and creation
  • Update payrule or time tacking calculation rules for different sites
  • Support integration from time and attendance systems to third party integrations.
  • Integrate new sites to face recognition
  • Create and support new Oloid terminals for all Americas region
  • Create and define policies on Intelligent hub keep safe and updated all terminals
  • Support and troubleshoot Oloid application
  • Responsible for new feature introduction and new system requirements.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, industrial engineer, programming or related.
  • Advanced English.
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Knowledge of time and attendance business rules
  • Basic knowledge of UNIX and Linux
  • Experience managing policies for Apple terminals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, either by phone or email
  • Monitor, track and document issues and solutions found
  • Strong process analysis skills for proactive troubleshooting
  • Work with very close attention to detail and perform prompt Level 3 incident assignment
  • Diagnose L2/L3 problems and proactively communicate the diagnosis to the team
  • Identify areas of improvement and act independently within the scope of responsibility
  • Attend training and complete self-study to acquire, maintain, and increase knowledge as it pertains to job skill requirements.
