To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a [Distribution Global Commodity Manager (GCM)] located in [Shanghai Zhangjiang, China].

What a typical day looks like:

• Serve as primary Distribution commodity lead for North China region.
• Develop and execute distribution sourcing strategies to optimize cost, supply continuity, lead time, and inventory performance across authorized distributors and regions.
• Manage strategic relationships with global and regional distribution partners, performance improvement, and business growth.
• Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, payment terms, rebates, inventory programs, design registration, supplier-managed inventory (SMI), and value-added services to maximize competitiveness and profitability and achieve commodity KPIs.
• Drive supply assurance and risk mitigation initiatives by monitoring allocation risks, geopolitical exposures, E&O management, inventory health, and business continuity plans across the distribution network.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve supply constraints, expedite critical requirements, and improve overall supply assurance.
