Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a HR PMO located in Guadalajara, North.

Reporting to the Sr Director, Regional HR Business Partner, the HR PMO role will be responsible for leading and coordinating strategic HR initiatives, transformation programs, and operational projects across a designated region. This role serves as a key partner to HR Business Partners, HR Operations, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders to ensure successful delivery of complex programs that support organizational objectives.

The HR PMO Leader drives governance, project execution, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and operational readiness across multiple concurrent initiatives, while ensuring consistency with global HR strategies and standards. The role acts as the regional focal point for enterprise-wide HR programs and collaborates closely with Global HR Operations and cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.

What a typical day looks like:

Program & Project Leadership

  • Lead regional HR projects and transformation initiatives from planning through implementation.
  • Develop and manage project plans, milestones, risk assessments, dependency tracking, and governance reporting.
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders across HR and other corporate functions.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.

Governance & Portfolio Management

  • Establish and maintain project governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms.
  • Prepare executive summaries, dashboards, leadership updates, and steering committee materials.
  • Monitor project health, identify risks, and drive mitigation plans.
  • Support prioritization and resource allocation across the regional HR portfolio.

HR Transformation & Business Initiatives

  • Support organizational redesigns, business integrations, divestitures, acquisitions, workforce transitions, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Lead operational readiness activities, including stakeholder alignment, change management, and implementation planning.
  • Coordinate global initiatives at the regional level to ensure successful deployment and adoption.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, Payroll, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Legal, Finance, and IT teams.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and drive accountability for deliverables.
  • Build trusted relationships with regional and global leadership teams.

Change Management & Communications

  • Develop communication and engagement strategies that support organizational change.
  • Facilitate workshops, readiness reviews, project reviews, and business planning sessions.
  • Support leadership teams with employee impact assessments and implementation planning.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, governance, and operational efficiency.
  • Drive standardization of project management methodologies, templates, and best practices.
  • Promote a culture of operational excellence and disciplined execution.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • BA/BS/MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, Organizational Development, or equivalent work experience
  • Solid years of experience in project management, program management, HR operations, consulting, or business transformation.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and project management platforms.
  • Experience supporting global or regional HR transformation initiatives would be a plus.
  • Exposure to organizational redesign, M&A, divestiture, carve-outs, or large-scale change programs is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday and other HR technologies would be helpful.
  • Certifications such as PMP, Agile, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or similar credentials are welcome.
  • Experience working in a multinational environment would also be beneficial.
