General Purpose:

Performs technical tests and experiments for process engineering.

Principle Accountabilities:

• Performs set-up of processing equipment.
• Monitors, audits and provide guidance to line operators.
• Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products.
• Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in related field, technical training or equivalent education and training.
• 6 plus years of related experience.
• Must be able to develop concepts and techniques and complete complex tasks in creative and effective ways.
• Must be able to determine quality/testing methods/ procedures on new assignments.
• Must be able to independently determine methods and procedures on new assignments.

Pay Range (Applicable to Illinois) $33.08 USD - $45.49 USD Hourly Job Category Production Engineering
