Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Operations Training Specialist located in Guadalajara, South.

Reporting to the Operations Training Manager, the Operations Training Specialist will be responsible of Program management of Learning programs, Co-ordination and Training delivery to the assigned client group(s) within operations and providing on-going coaching and feedback to ensure associates have the necessary skills to meet the requirements of their position.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Delivers new hire training and other training programs to assigned client groups.
  • Evaluates training to ensure effectiveness and that associates have the necessary skills to perform job duties.
  • Maintains business relationships with management liaisons to ensure feedback on process and results of the training are incorporated into the ongoing curriculum.
  • Conducts classroom and On-the-Job Training for operators and technicians when the need arises. Reporting and learning evaluation: (impact after the session as well as impact in day-to-day results). Identifying future learning needs.
  • Prepare and publish training calendar, training co-ordination and logistics.
  • Ensure all operators are trained and certified based on process requirement in a timely manner.
  • Monitors and follows-up certification and re-certification activities.
  • Always ensures training system and standard compliance.
  • Participates and performs process/system related training.
  • Prepares training packages as and when required by the respective projects.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience managing and delivering training programs in operational/manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of training evaluation, certification/re-certification processes, and compliance with training systems and standards.
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and publish training calendars, including logistics and stakeholder alignment.
  • Advanced Excel skills; desirable experience with Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical skills to track, report, and analyze training effectiveness and operational impact.
  • Self-directed and strategic mindset, with basic understanding of business and operational management concepts.
  • Advanced English.
