Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams that create excellent products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a Process Engineering Technician located in Aguascalientes, Mexico, whose main function will be to provide technical support to the assigned areas to maintain the PTH equipment in optimal conditions, ensuring and complying with quality, as well as the efficiency of the lines.

What a typical day looks like:

• Provide technical support to PTH lines: Deliver engineering assistance to ensure stable operation and quick resolution of process issues.
• Develop and optimize PTH processes: Implement improvements focused on cost reduction and material efficiency.
• Increase productivity and efficiency of PTH operations: Drive initiatives to reduce cycle time and enhance throughput.
• Ensure product quality and continuous improvement: Maintain yield within target levels through preventive actions and corrective measures.
• Eliminate safety risks and protect product integrity: Safeguard personnel and minimize scrap generation by enforcing robust process controls.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• High school diploma (TSU or Engineering in Electronics, Mechatronics or related fields is desirable)
• Knowledge of electronics
• Intermediate level of English
• PC and Office suite management
• Knowledge of local and regional applications such as Agile, Flex Flow, etc.
• Knowledge of thermal profile taking and interpretation
• Knowledge of Wave Solder process, depanelization of PCBA's, solder process by robot.
• Availability of schedule
• Teamwork
