Job Summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Product Quality Leader located in Shanghai Jiading.

Reporting to the Product & Supplier Quality Manager the Product Quality Leader role involves…

What a typical day looks like:

• Responsible for the product quality for whole life cycle of assigned family.
• Lead yield and claim improvement by using QCC through all product life circle in JID, secure and align quality control level.
• Responsible for quality control plan, prepare/update/implement quality plan
• Quality activities on Projects (NPI/TPI/APA/PCR/2nd source) as request, participate Kickoff, PFMEA, and producibility report review(optional).
• Issue and follow up TR for design related problem. Participate TR  review  (CCB) meeting, support critical TR execution.
• Handle internal RCA/CA follow up for RMA cases as sub-driver
• Hold and manager QCC meeting (Meeting/Reporting/Action follow up)
• Escalation points for quality alarm
• Be responsible to escalate higher level while observing the corrective actions were not effectively conducted.
• Support internal audit
• Other tasks assigned by line manager

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor with 5 years quality work experience or technical college education with 8 years quality engineering work experience.
• Good computer skills (master on PPT and excel skill).
• Fluent oral and written English.
• Understanding of ISO 9000-14000
• Ability to work independently with long- and short-term quality improvements
• Good communications skills and willingness to be present in the flow in the product workshop
• Strong analytical ability and a natural structural inclination
