Job Description
Summary:
The “Production Manager” will be based in Flex North, reporting to Sr Director Operations
Leads and coordinates manufacturing operations including assembly, testing, and quality to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.

Responsibilities:

• Support new product design and production/process improvements.
• Orchestrate high mix low volume repair operation
• Collaborate on feasibility, cost, and customer demand.
• Manage budgets and forecast costs.
• Support strategic planning and AOP.
• Define material, equipment, and manpower needs.
• Prioritize production schedules to meet demand.
• Coordinate with planning and distribution teams.
• Lead and develop production personnel.
• Ensure quality and cost targets are met.
• Resolve complex operational issues.
• Review budgets and schedules.
• Maintain customer and executive relationships.
• Handle negotiations and influence stakeholders.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree + 7+ years of operations experience.
• Strong expertise in repair and high mix low volume.
• Advanced leadership and customer management skills.
• Knowledge of multiple manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, presentations).
• Strong internal and external stakeholder management.
• Solid understanding of business operations.
• Broad industry expertise.
• Intermediate English.
