To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Program Management located in Guadalajara North

Reporting to the Director, Program Management Operation the Program Management is responsible for developing, implementing, coordinating, and executing quality assurance programs to prevent or eliminate defects in new and existing products, with a strong focus on electronics manufacturing and robust server‑grade assemblies.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Effective communication with senior executives and ability to deliver presentations at president-level audiences
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with a strong sense of urgency to address and resolve escalations in the Lifestyle and Industrial segments
• Knowledge of QvA, P&L, and actions to close account gaps
• Drive NPI programs and transfers, tracking progress with different customers, providing guidance and support to LS&IND sites
• High sense of urgency and ownership to resolve operational issues as they arise
• Train PMs in Smart Sheets as well as required PM skills to reinforce best practices
• Proactive, organized, and disciplined in project management
• Availability to travel to different countries and states to support sites in resolving operational and commercial matters
• Leadership across diverse teams, including CFT, Senior Directors, GM, and VP level
• Fulfill deliverable commitments and track metrics such as OTD, Viewpoint, CMH, QvA, NPI
• Follow up on actions derived from LS&IND WIF operations to resolve risks and seize opportunities
