Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a  Program Management Manager  located in Flex Guadalajara North site.

This role involves working in charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer-focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.

What a typical day looks like:

• Previous experience working on manufacturing company.
• Strong experience in NPI projects.
• Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
• In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
• Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
• Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
• Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
• Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
• Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.
• In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.
• Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.
• Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.
• Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.
• Holds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise.
• Liaise with business development managers, global account managers, and senior management for pricing approval.
• Maintain project plan documents, procedures, and project deliverables.
• Conduct presentations of technical information concerning specific projects/schedules, etc.
• Provide advice to Project/Product Managers to achieve financial goals in accordance with established policies (Price reviews, Quote vs Actuals, Profit Improvement Plan, etc).
• Interact frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management; frequently interact with middle management and professionals.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS degree.
• Previous experience in plastics/ manufacturing industry preferably.
• Advanced English level is required.
• Requires strong experience in program management and finance.
• Establishes and ensures effective achievement of functional strategic plans and objectives for the site.
• P&L responsibility for the function.
• Develops plans for structuring and implementing major initiatives.
• Provides strategic leadership for the function and the site.
• Previous experience of having personnel in charge.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Previous experience having customer facing.
• Strong experience in NPI projects.
