Job Summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Document Control Senior Engineer located in Shenzhen.

The Document Control Senior Engineer is responsible for engineering document control, product data governance, PLM/BOM administration, engineering change management, and quality system compliance. The role ensures that all engineering records, product information, and quality documents are accurate, controlled, traceable, and audit-ready. 
 
工程数据管理高级工程师负责研发体系文件管理、产品数据治理、PLM/BOM系统管理、工程变更管理以及质量体系合规工作，确保工程文档、产品数据及质量记录准确、受控、可追溯，并符合审核要求。 

What a typical day looks like:

• Document Control 文件控制

• Maintain engineering documents, specifications, drawings, procedures, revision history, and release records. 维护工程文件、技术规范、设计图纸、流程文件、版本修订记录以及文件发布记录。
• Ensure controlled records are organized, current, accessible, and aligned with internal procedures. 确保受控文件和记录得到有效组织、保持最新版本、便于访问，并符合公司内部流程和管理规范要求。

• PLM / BOM Data 数据管理

• Release and maintain part numbers, BOMs, components, drawings, and specifications in Agile PLM and CDS. 在 Agile PLM 和 CDS 系统中负责料号（Part Number）、BOM、电子元器件、图纸及技术规格书的创建、发布、维护与管理。
• Provide BOM exports, component lists, and product data support for engineering and program teams. 为研发团队及项目团队提供 BOM 导出、物料清单、产品数据及相关技术文件支持。确保产品数据的准确性、一致性和可追溯性，并符合公司数据管理规范。

• Change Management 工程变更管理

• Process and track ECOs, MCOs, and Deviations from request review through approval, release, and closure. 负责 ECO（Engineering Change Order）、MCO（Manufacturing Change Order）及 Deviation（偏差申请）的处理与跟踪，包括申请评审、审批、发布及关闭全过程管理。
• Coordinate change actions with Engineering, PM, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Quality. 协调研发、项目管理（PM）、采购（Sourcing）、制造（Manufacturing）及质量（Quality）等部门推进变更实施。监控变更执行状态，确保工程变更流程符合既定要求并及时完成。

• ISO 9001 Audit 审核管理

• Serve as the R&D point of contact for ISO 9001 auditors and quality system audit activities. 作为研发部门对接 ISO 9001 审核员及质量体系审核活动的主要窗口。
• Run internal audits and support actual external audits, including evidence preparation, audit coordination, findings tracking and corrective action closure. 组织并实施内部质量体系审核，支持外部审核工作的开展。负责审核证据准备、审核协调、问题项跟踪以及纠正与预防措施（CAPA）的落实和关闭。推动研发组织持续满足 ISO 9001 质量管理体系要求。

• Training & Support 培训与支持

• Train and guide engineering teams on DCC, Agile, CDS, DMS, process compliance, and audit readiness. 为研发团队提供 DCC（Document Control Center）、Agile PLM、CDS、DMS（Document Management System）等系统和流程培训。指导员工遵循文件管理规范、业务流程要求及审核准备要求。
• Support account access, workflow questions, and continuous improvement of document control practices. 提供系统账号权限支持、工作流问题解答及日常运营支持。持续优化文件控制流程和管理实践，提升运营效率和合规水平。

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Operations, Information Management, or related field. / 本科及以上学历，工程、质量、运营或相关专业。 

• 8+ years of experience in document control, PLM, configuration management, or quality systems. / 8年以上文控、PLM、配置管理或质量体系经验。 
• Strong knowledge of Agile PLM / CDS / DMS Governance，BOM and Product Lifecycle Support，ECO, MCO and Deviation Execution，Cross-Functional Training and Continuous Improvement。

• Familiar with ISO 9001 quality management systems and audit processes. / 熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系及审核流程。 

• Good communication skills and cross-functional coordination capability. / 良好的沟通及跨部门协作能力。 

• Fluent Chinese and working English. / 良好的中英文沟通能力。
