To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Sr. Manager for managing Commercial Business Systems (CBS), who will work closely with business leads and IT teams to manage and support CBS solutions., Located in Guadalajara. Reporting to the VP Business System.

What a typical day looks like:

• Manage and support Flex Contract Systems, and Quote Management Systems
• Drive commercial business systems solutions as defined in the roadmap
• Coordinate with business unit leaders, Business Development / Global Account Management and IT teams
• Act as the key escalation point locally for Contract and Quote applications, projects and system  issues.
• Participates with business unit leads in establishing strategic organizational plans and objectives
• Drives strategies to deliver business unit requirements and recommend Flex capabilities in manufacturing and engineering services.
• Responsible for management of user satisfaction and related reviews and corrective actions
• Proactively monitor operational process metrics and work with relevant teams on fixing / improving the process
• Ideal candidate exhibits excellent listening and comprehension skills, and has strong writing and editing skills. He/She is strong in communicating complex ideas.
• The candidate is a collaborative, effective and proactive team member. He/She acts as a mentor to the other team members driving their effectiveness. He/She should be able to lead small and medium size teams on projects spanning across multiple quarters.
• The candidate must be skillful at gathering and analyzing information and is quick to identify potential problems that need resolution. He/She is effective in coming up with alternative solutions in a group environment.
• The candidate drives continuous improvement, adopts best practices, innovation and development plans. He/She pushes performance standards, and pushes to strech goals. He/She has the mentality of winning and always finds ways to win.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Proven experience in business process data mining and visualization with a bachelor's degree in engineering or business systems (or similar fields)
• Experience in ERP, business operations and finance is plus.
• Project / Program management experience must require
• Familiar with databases and dashboards
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to create user documentation, Training Materials etc.
• Ensure timely generation and circulation of reports / dashboards
• Team Player
• Bilingual (verbal and written)
