The IT Intern (Student ) will be based in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:

• Support on a global operations environment, been the technical assistant to collaboration platforms tickets (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
• Interact with multiple organizational levels to solve IT related network and cloud requisitions.
• Will be responsible for operations and support of collaborative and productive.
• Collaboration support.
• Project execution, Automation processes.
• Participate in Incident, Problem, and Change management processes.

Here is some of what you'll need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related.
• Conversational English is a must.
• Available to work Monday to Friday 10:00am- 7:00pm
• Previous basic knowledge on collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Zoom, Outlook) as user.
• Scripting Knowledge is also a plus.
• Data base knowledge is also a plus.
• Development skills is also a plus.
