Responsibilities

  • Provides clerical support including case file maintenance, data entry, and correspondence drafting.
  • Answers incoming inquiries regarding case-related status information.
  • Maintains electronic case management systems.
  • Prepares standard legal forms and prints reports.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Requirements

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One (1) year of administrative or legal support experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to pay attention to detail and follow directions.
  • Fully capable of reading, writing, understanding, and speaking English.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
This position requires U.S. Citizenship and a 7 (or 10) year minimum background investigation
