The Regional Director of Enrollment (RDE) is a strategic leader responsible for driving enrollment growth, supporting district-level admissions teams, and ensuring the successful execution of outreach and recruitment initiatives. This role partners closely with Directors of Admissions (DAs), Heads of School (HOS), Lead Directors of Admissions (LDAs), District Vice Presidents (DVPs), and the Senior Regional Director of Enrollment to align enrollment strategies with organizational goals. 

The RDE blends data-driven decision-making with hands-on coaching and collaborative leadership to enhance recruitment, retention, and overall admissions performance across the region. 

What You'll Do: 

Enrollment Strategy & Execution 

  • Develop and implement data-driven enrollment strategies that drive consistent growth across the region. 
  • Monitor and analyze trends to ensure campuses meet or exceed admissions goals. 
  • Partner with DAs, HOSs, and LDAs to strengthen recruitment tactics, speed-to-lead practices, and inquiry management. 
  • Align campus and district enrollment objectives with Fusion's broader mission. 
  • Track KPIs and proactively address enrollment challenges before they impact performance. 

Sales Coaching & DA Development 

  • Provide targeted coaching on lead conversion, inquiry follow-up, and effective admissions conversations. 
  • Facilitate role-play, real-time feedback, and ongoing training to strengthen consultative sales skills. 
  • Support new DAs through onboarding and ongoing development in outreach and enrollment management. 
  • Hold teams accountable for meeting prospecting and outreach KPIs. 
  • Identify skill gaps and implement individualized coaching plans. 

Outreach & Community Engagement 

  • Guide DAs in building strategic partnerships with schools, therapists, and referral sources. 
  • Ensure each campus executes a robust outreach plan aligned with regional and national initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with LDAs and HOSs to elevate Fusion's community presence and brand awareness. 
  • Stay informed about education trends and market needs to adjust outreach strategies proactively. 

Operational & Process Excellence 

  • Ensure consistent adoption of Fusion's admissions tools, systems, and processes. 
  • Maintain accurate admissions funnels and timely inquiry management. 
  • Implement clear reporting structures to track district-wide performance and identify improvement opportunities. 
  • Support the rollout of national initiatives across all campuses within the region. 

Sales Team Collaboration & Contribution 

  • Serve as an engaged member of the sales leadership team, promoting collaboration and shared success. 
  • Align enrollment strategies with national sales priorities in partnership with regional and national leaders. 
  • Contribute to national sales calls, training sessions, and professional development efforts. 
  • Assist in hiring, onboarding, and developing high-performing admissions professionals. 
  • Foster a data-driven sales culture focused on consistent performance and effective use of systems.

Additional Expectations 

  • Availability to work evenings and weekends for outreach events. 
  • Ability to travel 2–3 days per week within the district and nationally as needed. 
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the designated region. 
  • Comfort with a hybrid schedule that includes 50–70% weekly travel. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. 
  • Marketing, sales, admissions management, or education experience strongly preferred. 

Internal Applicant Qualifications: 

  • Have served as a DA for at least 90 days and be fully graduated from onboarding. 
  • Demonstrate strong performance in admissions and outreach. 
  • Be in good standing and receive full approval from their direct manager before applying. 
  • Florida residents require level 2 background screening through https://info.flclearinghouse.com/. 

 




  • Travel: This role is remote for non-travel weeks, and significant travel per month, teaming up in person with schools in the region where campuses of responsibility are located.
  • The person must live in one of the following states (or be willing to relocate): FL, GA, NC, MD, NC, PA, VA/DMV.

Pay Range

USD $100,000.00 - USD $105,000.00 /Yr.
