This position is responsible for managing multiple strategic, cross-enterprise implementations of varying complexity and strategic importance; managing, coordinating and driving the development, expansion, maintenance, and operational effectiveness of product throughout the product lifecycle; evaluate and develop product line innovation and strategy; maintain constant awareness of industry trends; and proactively ensure the execution/implementation of the next generation of products.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 6 years' experience in strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations or relevant health care industry OR 10 years of experience in strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations or relevant health care industry.
  • Experience managing people or projects
  • Experience implementing multi-million dollar/multiyear business and technology projects.
  • Understanding of project management tools and methods.
  • Financial, estimating, and budget management experience as it relates to projects, implementations, and/or operations.
  • Comfortable with change and working in a flexible and dynamic work environment.
  • Presentation and group facilitation experience.
  • Analytical and information synthesis skills.
  • Experience managing and mentoring staff.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with developing relationships and interacting successfully with senior management and staff across multiple departments.
  • Organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Creativity and innovation, analysis and implementation skills and experience.
  • Business acumen and project/process integration skills.
  • Conflict management and resolution skills.
  • Understanding of / experience with the SDLC.
  • Ability to autonomously manage complex corporate projects, including strong organization, prioritization, problem solving and communication skills.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in an area of study that focuses on critical thinking problem solving activities.
  • Knowledge of healthcare insurance industry and current trends related to new products/ networks, as well as new legislation and interaction with government affairs.

Flexible work arrangement requires 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
