Overview:
Blade is hiring for multiple hands-on roles in support of mission-critical manufacturing at our East Side Cincinnati, Ohio location. As a defense contractor, Blade offers the opportunity to work on meaningful, high-impact products that support and protect our future. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a manufacturing environment and enjoy hands-on, detail-driven work.
Positions Available:
Mechanical Assemblers
Assemble mechanical components and systems using hand and power tools with precision and attention to detail. Ability to read blueprints preferred.
Electrical Assemblers
Build, route, and connect electrical components and wiring that support mission‑critical manufacturing. Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, etc.
Welders
Perform high‑quality welds to create strong, reliable assemblies that meet strict specifications and durability standards. Experience in a pulse process using metal cored wire in all positions; ability to pass in-house certification testing up to and including 6G.
What You'll Do:
• Build and assemble components using hand and/or power tools
• Follow detailed instructions and specifications
• Ensure quality, precision, and adherence to safety standards
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Support the manufacturing process for defense-related products

This position requires access to, or use of export-controlled technical data or technology controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
