Description
Hobby Lobby's Loss Prevention is searching for a self-driven, detailed orientated and motivated individual that can provide support for over 1,000 retail stores. This position is located on the Hobby Lobby campus which is located in Southwest, Oklahoma City.
Current Shifts Available:
- Day Shift: Wednesday 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm and Thursday - Saturday 6:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Night Shift: Sunday - Tuesday 6:00 pm – 6:00 am and Wednesday 6:00 pm – 12:00 am
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing alarm events, verifying security information, notifying and updating emergency services such as fire and police agencies and follow up with the store manager
- Respond to all incoming alarm signals in the automation software according to documented procedures
- Logs all information into the automation system immediately and accurately
- Provide alarm reset instructions and basic troubleshooting while on the telephone
- Work with service and installers in identifying issues and the need for repair and determine appropriate tech (HVAC, Sprinkler or Security Alarm)
- Scheduling and following up on repair service calls and provide customer updates
- Ensure confidentiality of the customer at all times
- Perform all other duties assigned
Requirements
- Call Center or Alarm Center experience helpful but not required
- Proficient - Microsoft Office: Word, Excel Outlook
- Ability to multi-task and stay calm during stressful situations
- Skillful listener and detail orientated
- Ability to Sit for extended hours
