Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc., a national, privately-held, stable, and growing company headquartered in Oklahoma City is seeking a qualified attorney with three to five years' experience for the position of Associate Real Estate Counsel. 

The Associate Real Estate Counsel will provide legal representation and counsel to management, business personnel, and affiliate companies primarily in the areas of commercial leasing, real estate acquisitions, and other commercial transactions.  The position will not require any litigation, however may include supervision of outside counsel in litigation and dispute matters.  

The ideal candidate will possess the following: 

• Superior analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, legal drafting, and negotiating skills;
• The ability to clearly and effectively communicate verbally and in writing with management, business personnel, and opposing counsel;
• A positive attitude, initiative, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment; 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good legal research skills; and
• A Juris Doctor with a license in good standing to practice law.
