This full-time position is located within the Accounting Department of Hobby lobby's Distribution Center in Oklahoma City.

Pay Rate: $19.25 Hr.
Shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm
Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday 

Primary Function:

• Creating, organizing information and maintaining daily Excel Reports
• Communicating with various groups and leaders to collect and analyze data
• Correspond through email with managers and executives across the organization
• Answer the phone - problem solve, take detailed notes and providing solutions 

• 1 - 3 years of Accounting experience
• Very good math skills are required
• Demonstrate proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs with emphasis on Excel
• On the job experience with creating and using a variety of Excel formulas
• Detail oriented for accuracy of data and information
• Highly organized and able to handle multiple project and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good 10-Key and typing skills needed
