We are searching for candidates to join our team and learn new skills while working a PART-TIME work schedule in Hobby Lobby's Distribution Center. We're looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to excel. This position is only available at the company's Distribution Center in Oklahoma City.

Pay Rate: $15.75 Hr.
Shift: 4:00pm thru 9:00pm 
Schedule: Monday thru Friday (No Weekends)

Function:

• Assist in a well-organized process to gather and prepare merchandise for shipment to stores
• Follow established procedures that guide and support the process
• Maintain a strong daily work pace in order to maximize team efforts
• Demonstrate a cooperative manner and the desire to promote good team interaction 
• Display commitment to follow all company policies and procedures  
• Consistently practice reliability and the willingness to assist others as needed  

NOTE:  Lifting and physical effort is required for gathering materials in a warehouse environment. (50Lbs +)

Requirements

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Pass drug test
• Pass background check
• Learn and retain knowledge of all job tasks and procedures
• Maintain high levels of productivity 
• Good listening and communication skills 
• Able to work well individually and within a team
