Description
To provide safe and effective nursing care consistent with the hospital#s mission statement, policies and procedures based on standards of patient care and standards of nursing practice, scope of patient care services as directed per standards of emergency nursing practice: encompass adult age groups.# Accountabilities include,#but not limited to, Nursing Assessments for all patients admitted to the program, medication reconciliation, medication clinic coordination, consultations with the PHP/IOP MD regarding patient care, scheduling of patients, and#care coordination with external agencies, like primary care, and the facilitation of nursing therapy groups. Abide by all paperwork standards. Other duties as assigned.# Massachusetts RN license; current certification in CPR # CPI preferred. #Two years of behavioral health experience is required.
