Our Oncology team is seeking a Social Worker to evaluate#and respond#to the needs of individuals and/or their families. They provide#care based on the documented clinical assessment of the patient#s needs, which includes a culturally sensitive assessment of biophysical, psychosocial, environmental educational,#and discharge planning#factors. Will also develop#clinical formulation that is based on assessment data and grounded in clinically sound theory that directs treatment toward individualized, solution-focused interventions. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Social Work from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE). #Current Massachusetts Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). #Five years of experience as a psychotherapist with a strong background in individual treatment including counseling individuals with chemical dependencies. #Three years of medical social work experience.
