**Job Description:**
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Dishwasher to join our dynamic team. As a Dishwasher, you play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well under pressure, and is committed to upholding the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area and equipment
- Ensure all kitchen utensils and cookware are available for kitchen use
- Follow sanitation policies and procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Assist with receiving and storing inventory as needed
- Dispose of waste according to regulations
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proven experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Excellent time management skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
