What are we looking for?
We are seeking a driven and technically fluent Sales & Business Development professional to support our growing Asset Integrity division, with a focus on Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), Risk-Based Inspection (RBI), and Mechanical Integrity (MI) services. This role is pivotal in expanding our footprint across major oil & gas and petrochemical clients in the Gulf Coast Region. This position will travel at least 50% of the time.

What you'll do:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue in the Asset Integrity sector
- Identify and Secure Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with key upstream, midstream, and downstream clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in oil & gas and petrochemical companies
- Collaborate with technical teams to tailor inspection and integrity solutions to client needs
- Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations
- Maintain a robust pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in sales or business development within the industrial services or energy sector
- Strong understanding of NDT, RBI, and Mechanical Integrity services
- Existing network within the Gulf Coast oil & gas and petrochemical market preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Requirements & Qualifications:
- Prior experience selling inspection or integrity services (e.g., UT, RT, API 510/570/653, fitness-for-service)
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., OSHA, API, ASME)
- Technical degree or certifications in engineering, inspection, or related fields a plus
- Experience resulting in $1M+ contract wins and secured Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with major oil & gas or petrochemical clients
