  • Monitoring production queues, prioritizing critical customer requests, and coordinating workload across the team.
  • Producing, packaging, and preparing digital archives for shipment.
  • Performing detailed quality assurance to ensure archive accuracy and completeness.
  • Investigating production issues and performing root cause analysis to identify recurring problems.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and working closely with Engineering and Product teams to resolve production incidents.
  • Collaborating with Customer Success and Technical Support teams to troubleshoot complex customer issues and participating in customer calls when technical expertise is required.
  • Explaining technical issues and proposed solutions to customers in a clear and professional manner.

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, and Technical Support.
  • Experience participating in software testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), or product validation is an advantage.
  • Interest in AI technologies and process automation, with the ability to identify practical use cases for improving daily operations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • German language skills are a plus, particularly for communication with local couriers
