Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - School-Based Full-Time | Arlington Heights, IL | $60-$65/hour
Looking for a BCBA role where you can make a meaningful impact while enjoying a consistent school schedule? The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Arlington Heights, IL area for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity supporting students across a variety of educational settings and age groups. Compensation

- School Year: August 10, 2026 - June 4, 2027
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Hours: 6.5 billable hours per day (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM) with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
- 32.5 hours per week
- Onsite services only
- Grade Levels: Early Childhood through Grade 8
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct behavioral support and consultation services
- Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data
- Train, coach, and mentor school staff
- Supervise staff and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as needed
- Support teachers, administrators, and families with behavior strategies
- Travel between school sites as needed
- Early Childhood through Grade 8
- General Education and Special Education settings
- Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Emotional Disturbance (ED)
- Other Health Impairments (OHI)
- Medically fragile students
- Students with cognitive disabilities, multiple disabilities, behavioral disorders, physical/health impairments, communication disorders, and other developmental needs
- Active BCBA certification required
- Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work with diverse student populations and behavioral presentations
- School-based experience
- Experience working with students with complex and diverse support needs
