We're looking for compassionate, driven Behavior Technicians to join our team in Danbury, CT! This is a full-time opportunity where you'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact, develop valuable skills, and build a rewarding career while supporting students in achieving success both inside and outside the classroom.

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proof of completion of 40-hour behavioral training course OR must have 6 months of applied behavior analysis (ABA) experience
  • District fingerprints
  • DCF (from within the last year)
