Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - School-Based Part-Time | Los Gatos, CA | Competitive Hourly Pay $60.00-$65.00/hour Looking for a BCBA role where you can make a meaningful impact while enjoying a consistent school schedule? The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Los Gatos, CA area for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a part-time, onsite opportunity from August through December 2026 with potential for extension. You'll support students across multiple educational settings while collaborating with multidisciplinary school teams. Compensation

Position Details

• Assignment: August 2026 - December 2026 (potential extension)
• Part-time opportunity
• Monday-Friday school schedule
• Onsite services only
• Itinerant position serving 2 high schools and 1 adult transition program
• Manageable caseload

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct behavioral support and consultation services
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data
• Support teachers, administrators, and families with behavior strategies
• Collaborate with school teams across multiple campuses

• High School students
• Adult Transition Program
• General Education and Special Education settings
• Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Students with behavioral and developmental needs

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required
• Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work with diverse student populations and behavioral presentations

Preferred Qualifications

• School-based experience
