- Full Time, 3 shifts per week with every other weekend. No Block scheduling accommodated. Resource must have 2 years of recent acute care experience in Med/Surg. COOK IS A MANDATORY FLOAT FACILITY, all resources are required to float at the facilities discretion.

- Government-Issued photo ID
- Refer to unit/department cost center to confirm certifications required per unit
- AHA (American Heart Association) guidelines only for certifications
- Schedule Information
- Full Time, 3 shifts per week with every other weekend
- No Block scheduling accommodated
- RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive
- No RTO the day prior or after a holiday
- No RTO on weekends
- All resources are required to float at the facility's discretion
- Additional Details
- Must be clear and legible IDs
- Confirm certifications as per unit guidelines
- Some certifications are not required for CNAs regardless of the unit
