Position Qualifications: 1. Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. 2. Any combination equivalent to a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in special education, behavior analysis, and/or psychology. 3. At least three (3) years of successful experience providing full-time public school certificated service in special education or working with individuals with disabilities within the specialized field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with increasing levels of responsibility. 4. Valid California Education Specialist, Pupil Personnel Services, or Speech Language Pathology credential. 5. Must be able to become certified in non-violent crisis prevention intervention. 6. Valid California driver's license. 7. Previous training and experience working with students with emotional and behavioral needs. 8. Commitment to serving students and a desire to think critically and creatively about how to support challenging behaviors in the general education classroom setting.
