Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - School-Based | Full-Time | Capital School District, DE | $57-$60 per Hour Looking for a BCBA role where you can make a meaningful impact while enjoying a consistent school schedule? The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team supporting Capital School District for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity serving students with autism and significant behavioral support needs across specialized educational programs. Compensation

  • $57-$60 per hour

Position Details
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday
  • 37.5  hours per week
  • 7.5  hours per day plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch
  • Fully onsite position
  • Services provided at Kent County Community School and the Delaware Autism Program
What You'll Be Doing
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide direct behavioral support and consultation services
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data
  • Train, coach, and mentor school staff
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as needed
  • Support teachers, administrators, and families with behavior strategies
  • Travel between assigned program sites as needed
Student Population
  • Ages 2-22
  • Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Moderate to severe support needs
  • General Education and Special Education settings
  • Students with Emotional Disturbance (ED)
  • Other Health Impairments (OHI)
  • Medically fragile students
  • Students with a variety of behavioral and developmental needs
Qualifications
  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work with diverse student populations and behavioral presentations
Preferred Qualifications
  • School-based experience
  • Experience supporting students with moderate to severe behavioral needs
  • Experience working with autism-focused programs
