Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - School-Based | Full-Time | Capital School District, DE | $57-$60 per Hour Looking for a BCBA role where you can make a meaningful impact while enjoying a consistent school schedule? The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team supporting Capital School District for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity serving students with autism and significant behavioral support needs across specialized educational programs. Compensation

- 37.5 hours per week
- 7.5 hours per day plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch
- Fully onsite position
- Services provided at Kent County Community School and the Delaware Autism Program
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct behavioral support and consultation services
- Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data
- Train, coach, and mentor school staff
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as needed
- Support teachers, administrators, and families with behavior strategies
- Travel between assigned program sites as needed
- Ages 2-22
- Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Moderate to severe support needs
- General Education and Special Education settings
- Students with Emotional Disturbance (ED)
- Other Health Impairments (OHI)
- Medically fragile students
- Students with a variety of behavioral and developmental needs
- Active BCBA certification required
- Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work with diverse student populations and behavioral presentations
- School-based experience
- Experience supporting students with moderate to severe behavioral needs
- Experience working with autism-focused programs
