Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School-Based Full-Time | Apple Valley, CA | $60-$65 per Hour

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Apple Valley, CA. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity supporting students across a variety of educational settings and age groups while collaborating with multidisciplinary school teams. Compensation

- Schedule between 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
- Fully onsite (no remote work)
- Grade Levels: Preschool through Adult Transition
- Provide direct behavioral services to students
- Conduct and assist with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Assist with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data
- Provide behavioral consultations to school teams
- Train, coach, and mentor school staff
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Utilize California Education Code requirements for Behavioral Intervention Design (BID)
- Preschool through Adult Transition Programs
- General Education and Special Education classrooms
- Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Emotional Disturbance (ED)
- Other Health Impairments (OHI)
- Medically fragile students
- Students with diverse behavioral and developmental needs
- Working with students of all ages
- Supporting a variety of behavioral presentations and caseloads
- Traveling between school sites as district needs change
- Active BCBA certification required
- Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience
- Working knowledge of California Education Code for Behavioral Intervention Design (BID) required
- Proof of completion of the required BCBA supervision course
- Reliable transportation
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration skills
- Minimum 1 year of school-based BCBA experience
- Experience working within multidisciplinary educational teams
