C.B.E.S.T., now proudly part of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring school-based Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for kiddos with behavioral needs in the West LA area!


What You'll Do

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to students with moderate to severe behaviors (e.g., aggression, elopement) in a school setting 
  • Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) developed by Case Supervisors
  • Support students in developing functional communication, social skills, academic success, and daily living abilities
  • Collect, summarize, and organize behavioral data
  • Maintain consistent attendance and demonstrate professional communication with staff and supervisors

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children with ASD or other special needs required
  • ABA experience and knowledge of Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or Safety Care (QBS) strongly preferred
  • Must be available to work Monday - Friday, 7:50am - 3:30pm, 30 hours per week
  • Able to pass criminal background check and TB test
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Physically able to kneel, run short distances, and lift up to 25 lbs
