Description
The Stepping Stones Group is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician for a school-based position in Walled Lake, MI! The Registered Behavior Technician will be part of our on-site Intensive Behavioral Student Services team and will serve to lead, inspire, and support students through individualized behavioral programs.
Qualifications
- Active RBT credential in good standing with the BACB
- 2 + years' experience delivering direct behavioral support to school-aged children (any population)
- Must be open/flexible to handling anything as the student need will fluctuate throughout
- Implement behavior plans and FBA/PBIPs
- Support classroom and individual student needs
- Provide direct services under the direction of the BCBA
- Provide teaching and feedback to classroom staff
- Communicate with school and district staff
