The Stepping Stones Group is hiring dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to support students in Crowley, TX. As a school based CNA, you'll play a key role in daily health routines, safety, and student independence.
What You'll Do
- Assist with personal care needs
- Support medically fragile and special needs students
- Document daily health activities
- Communicate with school staff and clinical teams
- Help create a safe, inclusive learning space
What You'll Need
- Active CNA Certification
- CPR certification
- Requirements (must have): Feeding Tube, G-Tube, Toileting, Lifting, Wheel chair bound students
- Additional Skills: Trach, Suctioning a plus
- School based experience (preferred), Pediatrics (preferred), O2 Monitoring, Seizure monitoring, Med pass, G Tubes
- Additional skills (preferred, not required): VNS, vent, diabetic management, epi pen, diastat, J tube, catherizations
