The Stepping Stones Group is looking for caring LPNs to support students in Albany, GA. As a school based nurse, you'll provide essential health services that keep students safe, learning, and thriving.
What You'll Do
- Support chronic condition management
- Provide first aid and medication administration
- Assist with medical procedures as outlined in care plans
- Document care and communicate with school teams
- Help maintain a safe, health focused school environment
What We're Looking For
- Active LPN License
- CPR/First Aid certfied
- Requirements (must have): NG-Tube
- Additional Skills (preferred, not required): School based experience (preferred), VNS, trach care/suctioning, vent, epi pen, diastat, J tube, catherizations, Seizure monitoring, O2 monitoring, Med pass, G tube
